Artemis Festival is a unique environmental event in North Dorset focusing on Natural History, Conservation and Sustainability. Every element of this event is approached with a view of reducing impact on the environment and setting a new precedent for sustainability. Artemis festival will host live talks, interactive workshops, demonstrations and activities to engage visitors with the natural world as well as live music and entertainment. Our aim is to inspire and encourage a practical approach to conserving our planet’s resources and embracing a sustainable lifestyle while celebrating our beautiful planet.

MEET THE TEAM

NATALIE BOURCHIER

Natalie is a videographer, enthusiastic wildlife photographer and amateur naturalist with a keen passion for sustainable farming. After leaving Sparsholt College where she studied Ecology, Natalie pursued her photography career alongside helping her parents manage their farm in North Dorset. She also loves camping, hiking and travelling to wild places.

BEN HUSSEY

Ben's keen interest in wildlife led him to study Zoology at Swansea University where he was able to expand his knowledge of the natural world. After graduating, Ben returned to North Dorset and began a YouTube Channel where he explores the flora and fauna of the local area and explains important environmental processes. Ben has a particular interest in invertebrates as well as palaeontology which has led him to investigate the possibility of a Masters Degree in the subject.
